3 Simple Steps for New Employees
New Creative Support employees are expected to complete all of their mandatory training within the first 3 months of employment.
All new employees need to complete the Induction on their first day at their service. This consists of an introduction to the employee’s service, a webinar with a member of the Creative Academy team and an afternoon dedicated to completing mandatory e-learning through our Learning Management Software.
Step 1
On your first day of employment, you should meet your manager at your service and receive an introduction to the job. Once you’ve had this, you can drop-in to the Creative Academy Induction Webinar on Zoom, 10:30 – 12:00 any weekday.
Step 2
Request the Zoom details from the Training Department. The details are always the same, so your manager may already have them.
Please make sure you have a device with a microphone and camera, be ready to attend the live webinar as soon as possible.
Step 3
Within an hour of completing the induction webinar, you will receive an email from us including your username and a link to set a password.
Please work through the courses as soon as possible. You are expected to complete the second program and the Care Certificate (if required) within 3 months of employment.

Running every weekday between 10.30am–11.30am. The webinar does not run on bank holidays and weekends.

You can access this course just by logging on to the Zoom meeting room on the day of the course, or by booking on ahead of the date. The password is 3C2sjT
To book on, please select your preferred date on our training platform here. Or you can email or call the training department stating:
- The name of the staff member booking on
- The date that they would like to attend the training.
Please note that this must be authorised by the staff member’s manager.
Instructions, including Meeting ID and password, will then be emailed to the staff and manager including details of how to join the session.
E-Learning (Learning Pool)
Your username is the email address that you use to log in to iTrent and a link to set your password should be sent to you by email on the same day that you join Creative Support.
