What the course covers:
- Recognising and preventing psychosis
- Early intervention for a first episode of psychosis
- Treating and referring people with an acute episode of psychosis or schizophrenia
- Promoting recovery and long-term care
- Preventing and treating physical health problems and continuing to check for physical health problems
- Support for carers
How this course can be completed:
- Classroom: this course can be completed as a half-day course in a classroom environment, which lasts approximately 2.5 learning hours.
- Webinar: this course can be completed as a webinar that lasts approximately 2 learning hours.
